Ms. Dyer-Dewitt Awarded $1000 Grant!

Melissa Dyer-DeWitt, one of Swanson’s World Geography teachers, was awarded a $1,000 grant from the Military Bowl and Wegmans Extra Yard for Teachers Initiative , which honors extraordinary teachers, particularly those with military ties and those serving military communities. Ms. Dyer is the head of Swanson’s Purple Star program and our Purple Frogs group which provides student to student connection for military and foreign service families! Way to go Melissa!
