Important Information for all Band Volunteers/Chaperones

APS now has two forms that are required to be completed by parents wanting to volunteer as chaperones.

To complete:

1. Follow this link to the APS Volunteers page
2. In the first paragraph are the links for both the Volunteer Application Form and the Confidentiality Agreement. Alternately, there are also paper copies of these forms available to pick up in the Main Office at Swanson.
3. Please submit them to Mr. Norris at Swanson, or to Laura St. Pierre at: 1107 N. Lexington St., Arlington, VA 22205

If you think you may be interested in volunteering in any capacity with the Swanson Music Department this year, we strongly encourage you to please fill out these forms and submit them to either Laura or Mr. Norris as soon as possible. Therefore, in the event that an activity arises that you can volunteer to chaperone, your forms will be on file and there will not be any last minute rush to get them completed. This is especially true for our Spring Trips to Six Flags and Hershey Park. If you are interested in chaperoning either of these trips, please fill out the forms and get them in as soon as possible.
