Good Morning Swanson! Today is April 28th and it is an A Day

• Congratulations to Swanson jumpers who placed first in their event during the season:  High Jumpers:  Helen B, Caspar M, Shoshanna P, Tirzah P, Eli R, Alex T, and Natalie W.  Long jumpers:  Derek G, Aya K, Sloane M, Ethan M, McLean S, and Rowan Y.
• Good luck to the Swanson Long and High Jumpers Tuesday at the county meet at Gunston!   Reminder required practice today for all those interested in competing in the jumping and/or running county meets.
• Admirals will take NWEA Reading tests tomorrow. Come with your ipad fully charged and something to read when you finish.
• Looking to get a tasty meal and support Swanson as well? Come to the the Ballston Chipotle at 4300 Wilson Blvd from 5-9PM on May 6th! 25% of all sales will go to support the Swanson Staff fund, which helps our bereavement fund, snacks and meals during meetings, and supplies. We hope to see you there!

• Math Shout Out:  Congratulations to the students who represented Swanson at the MathCounts regional competition in February.  8th graders Lillian B, Henry N (highest rank for Swanson), Graham S, Charlotte S, and Sam T (2nd highest rank for Swanson).  7th graders Jordan A, Arhan M, Sita P, Michael T and Chris W.   6th graders Willa S and Miriam W.  Great job by all!
