The Swanson PTA works to support the Swanson faculty and staff as they try to provide our kids with the best educational experience possible. The regular school budget just doesn’t cover all that is needed, and the PTA works to bridge that gap. There are so many ways to be involved, big and small. We know that all parents want to support Swanson, and we want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to play a part. Be sure to join the email list for updates. Here are some of the ways you can make a difference:

Join

Support the PTA by paying your dues. You have 2 options for membership:

Family membership $20
Faculty/Staff $10

Joining the PTA benefits your student and your school. Your dues go directly toward academic enrichment programs for our students, curriculum support for our teachers and staff (through our grant program), and the many other events and activities sponsored by the PTA. You can pay dues online. Credit card and check payments accepted. Donation via Zelle is now available. Please send using this email: treasurer@swansonpta.org. Deposits will go directly into Swanson PTA Truist checking account.

Volunteer

Everyone can be a part of the PTA. From dropping off a bag of cookies to chairing a committee, it all helps! Make sure to sign up to receive a weekly PTA email so you know what is needed and what the Swanson PTA is doing. No-Stress Fundraiser

The No Stress Fundraiser is the our main fundraiser for the year. Nothing to sell, nothing to deliver. We keep it simple. No amount is too small, and all donations directly benefit Swanson and our kids. Just give online or send a check!

Link your Harris Teeter VIC Card

Harris Teeter needs us to re-link our VIC cards each year. Fortunately, it’s easy to do:

Visit Harris Teeter Together in Education
Sign into your HT account
Click on “Together in Education” and follow the steps to link your card
Or ask the cashier to link your card when checking out.

Clip Box Tops

Earn cash for Swanson just by buying your favorite products. When you see the new red and white Box Tops logo, scan your receipt using the Box Tops app. All the deets are here.
