8th Grade Drama

8th grade Theatre will take a deep dive into different dramatic forms, examining the benefits and challenges for each, culminating the module in an application of the different forms to a given script.  Following our learning about Dramatic Forms, students begin their playwriting unit, applying their knowledge of Dramatic Forms to their new creations. Finally, we will apply our knowledge of performance to create completed works to be shared in an evening of One Acts, open to the Swanson Community, at the end of the semester.
