Good Morning Swanson! Today is Friday March 6th and it is a B Day!

  • Congratulations to the Swanson Dive team who nipped Williamsburg 28-26 yesterday in their opening meet of the season! For the girls, Addie Gaylor took fifth and Maddie Wade took 6th. For the boys Grant Mitchell took first, Jameson Miller took second, Henry Whetham took third, and Cal Meagher took fourth! Great job Admirals!
  • Track starts soon!   No tryouts – if you are interested starting Wed 2/26 sign up outside the large gym using the QR code.   Make sure to pick up the required paperwork packet and have parents complete.  Aim to turn in your forms (including physicals) by Friday March 6th.  Questions?  Send Ms. Partridge an inbox message.
  • Support the Swanson Music Department by grabbing dinner at Chipotle (4520 Cherry Hill Road) on Saturday 3/7 between 5pm-9pm. Dine-in, takeout, and curbside apply (use code LXE3Z7E for online orders). Be sure to mention Swanson Music Department to the cashier before you pay! A portion of proceeds will also support the Swanson Staff Fund*.
  • Swanson Middle School Book Fair – March 2nd–6th • Swanson Middle School Library
    • Get ready for a week of reading excitement! The Book Fair will run from March 2nd–6th in the Swanson Middle School Library. Students can browse new titles, find their next great read, and celebrate Read Across America Week.
    • Special Family Shopping Hours: Thursday, March 5th • 4:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
      • Families are invited to stop by, shop together, and support our school community!

From congratulations to condolences, the Staff Staff Fund aims to support staff through the big moments in their lives and encourage staff community investment and engagement to promote teacher wellness and retention. Previous funds have gone towards: congratulations and condolence cards, sponsoring dinner prior to Back to School Night, end of year recognitions and celebrations, and other community building opportunities.
